Features:

1. Twill weave: Diagonal ribbing creates a strong, durable fabric.
2. Cotton-rich: High cotton content ensures breathability and softness.
3. Indigo dye: Classic blue color, can be varied for different shades.
4. Sanforization: Shrinking process ensures minimal shrinkage.

Blends:

1. Cotton-Polyester (50/50): Adds durability, easy care.
2. Cotton-Elasterell (95/5): Stretchy, comfortable.

Acid Washing (Fading):

1. Pre-treatment: Denim is treated with enzymes, softeners.
2. Acid application: Hydrogen peroxide or sulfuric acid is applied.
3. Neutralization: Acid is neutralized with alkaline solution.
4. Rinsing: Fabric is rinsed, washed.
5. Drying: Fabric is dried, finished.

Effects:

1. Fading: Color is lightened, softened.
2. Distressing: Fabric is worn, frayed.
3. Softening: Fabric becomes softer, more pliable.

Types of Acid Washing:

1. Light acid wash: Subtle fading.
2. Medium acid wash: Moderate fading, distressing.
3. Heavy acid wash: Intensive fading, heavy distressing.
